Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used personal care products
  • Opened skincare tools

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
